Het beste moet nog komen, volgens Sony
Wij zijn in ieder geval benieuwd!
De verkoop van de PlayStation 3 blijft stijgen en komt daarmee steeds dichter bij zijn rivaal de Xbox 360. Sony is op dit vlak ook erg zeker van zijn zaak en is er van overtuigd dat de hardware sales alleen maar harder zullen gaan stijgen en het beste nog moet komen. Daarnaast geloven ze ook nog steeds in hun 'tienjarenplan'. Michael Denny van Sony zei hier het volgende over:
"It is our challenge to continue to improve our games by pushing the boundaries of what is possible. The longer the lifecycle, the more opportunities we have to do that. On PS2, eight years into its lifecycle, we launched God Of War II, arguably the best-looking game on the platform. That progress is only possible with time. That's what makes PS3 so exciting. We are only three years into its lifecycle."
